- New T shirts have arrived

- Geoff briefly described the Astro 101 plan

- Gentleman stopped by at Day in the Park, has LX-50 for sale, approx. $1500

- Dave bought new logbook for dome and case to keep it in. He also photocopied
  the old logbook. Members who use the dome are encouraged to use the
  logbook to record what was viewed, number of members, problems with dome
  and equipment, number of skywatch visitors, etc.

- Taste of C-U this weekend

- Getting new tent for events was briefly discussed

- No constellation of the month

- Astro 101: Constellations. Jeff Bryant, Vice President, explained what
  constellations are and some of their history.

- Dave Leake showed excellent panorama of a mosaic of photographs showing
  Milky Way

- The main program for the meeting: Bob Robendunst showed how to construct
  barn-door mounts for astrophotography. He brought in some hardware to give
  away, and a few people built their mounts out in the lobby.
