Minutes of the December 2002 Meeting of the CUAS.
December 12, 2002

The Meeting was called to order by President Jeff Bryant. There were 18
Members and family members present.

President Bryant reviewed the upcoming events as listed in the latest
edition of Clear Skies.

Treasurer Leake reported a bank balance of $2,675.45.

The Club is again interested in having a couple of observing sessions at
Allerton Park in the Spring. We will try for May 3, and May 31.

The following were elected  Officers for 2003.

President - Jeff Bryant

Vice-President - Phil Wall

Secretary - Mark Prather

Treasurer - Dave Leake

5th Director - Mike Matthews

The Meeting was adjourned, and everyone enjoyed goodies and good
conversation...
