CLUB ITEMS OF BUSUNESS AND DISCUSSION

July 7th  -- New moon observing this Saturday.

July 20th -- Public observing session will be held at Rockhome Gardens
near Arthur, Il. On the.   Bob Holmes and John Pratt from Charleston,
Il. were very active in getting this organized.  8:30 PM would be a good
time to be there to set up your scopes.

July 27th -- Family Skywatch

Stewart Levy presented some information on Comet C2006 VZ13.  It can be
currently observed in the constellation of Draco.

Bob Rubendunst has us setup at the Middlefork viewing area on Saturday
August 11th starting at 9PM.

Bob Holmes and his Astronomical Research Institute

PROGRAM FOR THE EVENING

Dave Leake presented the club with a view future digital presentation
power coming to the William Staerkel Planetarium.  The presentation
illustrated the power of new digital presentation software and hardware.
Everyone enjoyed the program and we are looking forward to seeing this
capability implemented at the planetarium in the future.

There being no further business to be brought before the officers,
the meeting was adjourned at 8:30PM
